LATE UPDATE - Mother's Day Salad

This is a late update but last week on Mother's Day - we harvested enough lettuce and swiss chard to make a really yummy salad to go with our Mother's Day meal.  

The salad weighed in at almost 4 ounces - so the lettuce is really liking the cool and wet weather we have had lately.
